Machined from 5th Scandinavian Redwood boards, this timber is generally easy to work with and responds well to a manner of techniques for installation, such as stains, varnishes, hand and machines tools, glues and takes both nails and screws well. Due to the nature of this softwood, it is not uncommon to see knots and markings in the boards.
